JN Machinery was the first company to develop and market an automated paint system of this type. When used with JN's ON-LINE conveyor ovens, the TRC paint system enables you to coat any type of material safely with no paint buildup.  The TRC System utilizes a water-based, polymer conversion coating Aqua-TRC Paint that is environmentally safe and extremely cost-effective. 

The polymer will only bond with metal when its is >350F(177`C), thus it is a perfect complement to the JN conveyor oven. The TRC system redrce labor costs and can be safely and efficiently operated in an open air environment within the general confines of the shop without EPA problems.
